Refund policy

Yes! You can definitely return your purchase for any reason whatsoever!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To begin the process for your return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a printed copy of the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package. All pillow covers and curtains must be neatly folded in the return package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No restocking fees will apply on returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Special Custom Orders: Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you place a special order for pillow covers or curtains in custom fabrics or sizes not offered on our website, the return policy does not apply to your purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your special order.


Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for an item of the same value. Store credit or a full refund will be issued. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Refund & Exchange policy: All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  The item(s) must be in it's new original, undamaged condition.  To return or exchange an item contact us online at returns@studioluxe.design.
